Dropvidz approached us with a partially built platform where WooCommerce and membership-related plugins were installed but not properly integrated. The goal was to revamp the platform, fix the broken setup, and turn it into a fully functional subscription-based dropshipping system.
The Challenge
The existing website had multiple plugins installed, including WooCommerce and membership tools, but they were not connected into a working system. This resulted in broken flows, incomplete functionality, and poor user experience.

We restructured the platform and implemented a complete, working system using:
- WooCommerce for core eCommerce functionality
- WooCommerce Memberships for gated access
- WooCommerce Subscriptions for recurring plans
- A referral system to support user growth
All components were properly integrated to ensure smooth user journeys and reliable performance.
